After playing a lot of Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild I got inspired to draw more fantasy. This is quick test of efficiency in line and spending more time adjusting light and creating mood.
From time to time I always come back to practising watercolour. This is very challenging medium for me but im learning things like letting go of control, trusting elements and using reference images plus its a lot of fun to draw nature. Few of these etudes are made based of photos I made while going for a walk in the wood which im fortunate to have across the street.
Hello all!
My second attempt to go through whole process of concept idea drawing to full hand painted and textured 3d object. Im quite happy to share results with you all.
Well, better later than never or how do they say. This might be my humble start of longer road into 3d world. I was vert happy to see how my painting, lights, value understanding translated directly into 3d texture painting. Very satisfying lesson from Udemy! Really recommend it.

I guess now its my turn to do my own model and texture it. Let go!
This one was done a while a go as well. I find it sweet to just keep it shoved away.
I was digging through my files one day recently and found images I believe I never shared anywhere. I called them good old ones. I really think some of these old designs are not that back even after some years passed. Sharing them bellow here.
Size A4 India ink and watercolour. Lately been experimenting with limited colour palettes. I am starting to like it a lot actually. Planning on developing these methods in near future. This illustration is an attempt to create full story in one page. Which I did rarely lately due to my main focus on concept art but fell more and more that this is what I really miss in my day to day work. Let’s see what future will bring.
Sometimes we are being trapped within vicious circle of troubling thoughts. Struggle to find answers makes us go round and round, stumble, get up and continue searching. I dedicate this illustration is to all who are lost within themselves and relentlessly searching for answers.
This is one of very few drawings made in mixed media after a long time. Initial structure of the drawing was done in pencil and then inked. After that I scanned it and coloured digitally.
